Adaptiv - wow this is a good one! I think of this as the stress support. Available in a roller to keep in your bag when you're on the go, the blend of essential oils helps to support homeostasis during stressful and changing moments. I find it especially good for tension headaches.
Copaiba - a cheaper and more effective alternative to CBD oil. Copaiba oil comes from a magnificent tree in South America and the chemical components are able to bind directly onto part of the Endocannabinoid System within our body helping to support digestion, pain perception and the nervous system. Amazing!

Why use castor oil packs?
Using the pack on an area of pain or inflammation can encourage the body to bring healing into that space. Ideally, always pack the liver for at least 10 minutes before packing another area - this helps the liver prepare to process the upcoming released toxicity.
Packing the liver itself is very cleansing for the body and can be safely done for most people 30-60 minutes up to 3 times a week. If you are unsure if this product is suitable for you, please get in touch.
To be used slowly and carefully if suffering with Crohn's disease, colitis or chronic bowel disease, no more than 10 minutes per use to start.
Not suitable for use in pregnancy or breast-feeding.
Use with caution when menstruating.
