WHAT I OFFER

Weekly 4-hour, in-home sessions designed to support autistic individuals in a calm, familiar environment. Sessions are structured yet flexible, responding to the individual’s needs on the day.

Each session typically includes:

  • Gentle needs assessment at the start of every visit
  • Symphony of the Cells® session, (hands on essential oils technique specifically designed for sensory needs) with additional physical and emotional regulation support where appropriate
  • Behavioural, health and nutritional support
  • Individualised kitchen skills and food preparation, (adapted to sensory needs)
  • Hands-on cooking support, focussing on specific dietary needs
  • Support with independence, confidence, routines and daily living skills

All work is delivered in the client’s home, allowing skills to be practised in real-life settings where they matter most.
